Image / Customer Satisfaction Analysis

One of the key factors to succeeding as a technology-orientated business is the client's perception. Any success of modern marketing instruments - such as measures to increase customer satisfaction and proximity to customers, total quality management, etc. - is solely dependent on how the customer as an individual perceives the company and/or its brands and compares it to its competitors. In the end, what the customer purchases is the vendor's promise of a benefit. He thus grants the vendor a credit of confidence. Hence the vendor's image and problem-solving competence is of key significance.


TechConsult has developed a concept which makes marketing measurable and furthermore provides efficient control. The target is to intensify the proximity to customers and achieve maximum customer satisfaction at resonable cost.

The basis of this modular concept is a systematic and (ideally) continuous analysis of customer satisfaction, which we understand as the product of

  • Product quality: technical / functional properties of the product affecting its suitability for the intended purpose
  • Service quality throughout the entire purchase process: pre-/after-sales, documentation, etc.
  • Vendor quality: proximity to customers, degree of fulfillment of the client's expectations, customer loyalty, image

Moreover, the modular structure of the concept permits not only for single investigations of individual questions, but also for implementation as a continuous instrument of holistic assessment and control of the entire marketing activities of a company. The assessment can also be seen in comparison with the index of other companies, verticals or markets (benchmarking).
